Swim King — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-15

Swim King (“the app”) is a casual mobile game developed by Robert Felter (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information the app handles and how.

Information we collect directly

None. Swim King does not require an account, does not include sign-in or login of any kind, and does not collect, store, or transmit personal data from you to any server we operate. Your high score is stored only on your own device using the operating system’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Third-party advertising

The app shows full-screen ads between gameplay sessions, provided by Google AdMob. To serve these ads, the AdMob SDK and Google’s advertising services may collect and process information from your device, including:

This processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policies, not ours. You can learn more and control your ad personalization preferences here:

iOS tracking permission. The first time you open the app on iOS, Apple will display a system prompt asking whether to allow tracking. If you allow tracking, AdMob may serve ads personalized to your interests. If you deny tracking, you’ll still see ads — they just won’t be personalized and may pay us less per impression. You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Swim King.

On Android, you can reset or opt out of personalized advertising via Settings → Google → Ads.

Children

Swim King is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and as described above we do not collect personal data ourselves. Ads served via AdMob in this app are configured for general audiences.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at the same URL with an updated “Effective date” above. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
